摘要: Gas-liquid chromatography (GC) has been very successfully applied to the analysis of a number different groups biologically important compounds. In particular, multiplicity metabolites secreted steroid hormones found in human urine greatly simplified by introduction GC (1). Using conventional packed columns (2) and wall-coated capillary (3), ‘profiles’ varying degrees complexity have produced. Plasma steroids also analysed using electron capture detection (4) more recently gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS, 5).
