摘要: The business case for work-life balance practices, as espoused by many organizations, rests on attracting better applicants and reducing conflict among existing employees in order to enhance organizational performance. This review of the literature provides some evidence claim regarding recruitment, but there is insufficient support notion that practices performance means reduced conflict. We suggest may therefore need be modified reflect number additional routes which can influence performance, including enhanced social exchange processes, increased cost savings, improved productivity, turnover. impact these processes may, however, moderated a factors, national context, job level, managerial support. importance further research into effects discussed.
