摘要: Background and Purpose—Carotid plaque composition is a major determinant of cerebrovascular events. In the present analysis, we evaluated relationship between intraplaque hemorrhage (IPH) thin/ruptured fibrous cap (TRFC) in moderately stenosed carotid arteries cerebral infarcts on MRI ipsilateral hemisphere. Methods—A total 101 patients with symptomatic 30% to 69% artery stenosis underwent brain, within median time 45 days from onset symptoms. The presence without IPH TRFC was evaluated.
