摘要: We present a semiclassical interpretation of the time-reversal spin interference (SI) observed in square loop arrays made In 0.53 Ga 0.47 As quantum wells. The simulated amplitude SI as function Rashba parameter α captured characteristic features experimental results if γ8 eV3 is assumed for bulk Dresselhaus spin-orbit constant γ. Our work proves validity approach to predict effect mesoscopic systems and values coefficients recently deduced from weak localization/antilocalization experiment. © 2011 American Physical Society.
