摘要: Abstract 1. Some parameters related to oxidative stress were studied in amphibian Discoglossus pictus tadpoles acclimated three thermal regimes between 10 and 29°C. 2. Acclimation low temparatures produced an increase catalase activity a decrease sensitivity which resulted complete temperature compensation of this enzyme. This is interpreted as adaptative response. 3. cold compared heat absence variations Q10 for VO2 (oxygen consumption) total values. 4. Tissue peroxidation products (TBA-RS) significantly higher than tadpoles.
