摘要: Abstract This systematic review aimed to determine the effects of intra-articular administration mesenchymal stem cells from adipose tissue in dogs with hip joint osteoarthritis (OA). Clinical trials were systematically reviewed, using PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, LILACS, Web Science, Scopus, Open Grey, Google Scholar, and ProQuest Dissertation Thesis without publication year restrictions. References screened selected based on predefined eligibility criteria by two independent reviewers, according PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews Meta-Analyses) guidelines. outcomes assessed quantitatively clinical pain scores, physical examination, imaging questionnaire responses, manipulation, gait analysis, range motion, adverse effects. The risk bias was Joanna Briggs Institute Critical Appraisal Checklist. Out 1483 articles, six met inclusion qualitative randomized controlled four before-and-after studies. All studies reported significantly better (ADSC) group improvements function decreased evidence OA. categorized as high moderate considered heterogeneous owing results methodology.
