摘要: Highly sensitive detection and accurate analysis of cancerous biomarker molecules in human fluid samples are critical for early cancer diagnosis therapy consequently increase patient survival. To achieve this goal, some efficient analytical methods such as heterogeneous sandwich assays, homogeneous fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET), time-resolved (TR) FRET assay techniques have been well developed based on lanthanide-doped luminescent nanoprobes the past decade. In chapter, we will provide a comprehensive survey most recent advances development nano-bioprobes their vitro biomolecules tumor biomarkers.
