摘要: Abstract Today, global climate change is one of the most urgent environmental problems. The atmospheric concentration carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) has to be stabilised by significant reductions CO emissions in next decades keep expected temperature rise within tolerable borders. Efforts exceeding implemented measures reduce Germany are desirable. An important pre-condition for such a scientific-based inventory sources, sinks, and use carbon. In this paper, we present CarboMoG, i.e. Carbon Flow Model Germany. CarboMoG flow model covering flows, sources sinks German anthroposphere, showing concurrent energy non-energy sources. consists seven modules anthroposphere following classification economic sectors. flows from atmosphere lithosphere as well imports exports were included into model. comprises roughly 220 material determined based on procedures base year 2000. Main fossil carriers uptake crops (52% resp. 48% all sources). calculations show that import dominates total (82%). Total significantly higher than (386 Mt C 230 C, resp.). throughput Industry greatest (about 224 input), followed Energy 129 input). Agriculture Forestry & highest figure carbon, largest sector. Emissions account 94% accumulates 5
