摘要: The differential quadrature method (DQM) is applied to computation of the eigenvalues equations motion governing free in-plane vibration including extensibility arch axis and coupled out-of-plane twist-bending vibrations circular arches. In-plane buckling twist-buckling under uniformly distributed radial loads are also investigated by this method. Fundamental frequencies critical calculated for arches with clamped simply supported boundary conditions. Results compared existing exact numerical solutions other methods. presented gives good accuracy a limited number grid points.
