摘要: Aloe vera L. is a valuable medicinal plant and currently used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food industries worldwide. In the present study, effect of various concentrations leaf gel extracts was investigated on mitotic phase indexes Allium cepa root tip cells for 24 48 h durations. The EC50 value found to be 20% determine experimental concentrations. results indicated that index growth rate A. were considerably decreased comparison control. We cytotoxic depends concentration rather than exposure time. Even low doses caused considerable decrease rate. lowest 3.72% at 40% extract treatment duration. Average prophase during applications 53.80% 56.48%, respectively. conclude have cepa.
