摘要: This study evaluated the long-term durability of individual and group cognitive-behavioral family-based therapy (CBFT) for childhood obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Thirty-eight participants (age 13–24 years) from a randomized controlled trial or CBFT OCD were assessed 7 years post-treatment. Diagnostic, symptom severity interviews self-report measures OCD, anxiety, depression administered. Seven after treatment, 79% 95% had no diagnosis OCD. These results are near identical to found at 12 18 months follow-ups same sample. No significant differences between treatment conditions, self-reports severity, except that depressive symptoms significantly more pronounced condition, those in older age (19–24 age). Results suggest is effective
