摘要: Pediatric obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a chronic, disabling, and common disorder. In this paper, we describe evidence-based treatments in treatment-naive treatment-refractory pediatric OCD patients. We conducted PubMed search to identify randomized controlled trials, reviews, expert guidelines. The evidence for cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) specific serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) among patients substantial shows that both are effective. Head-to-head trials only show CBT significantly more effective than SSRI. SSRI non-responders limited. One trial showed continued switching an strategies. Likewise, one augmenting with necessary. Evidence of lacking. the available from studies adult OCD. emerging such as modifying glutamatergic drugs also described.
