摘要: Diabetes mellitus is characterized by hyperglycemia, a decrease in circulating insulin and the development of macro- microvascular pathology. Hyperglycemia appears to be primary determinant for structural, biochemical functional changes that occur large small blood vessels during diabetes mellitus. While much research has focused on effects peripheral circulation, it clear also profound cerebral circulation. Thus, focus this review discuss morphological alterations circulation
