摘要: Northern conditions are characterised by long days with much light and low temperatures during the growing season. It has been claimed that herbs berries grown in north stronger tasting compared to those of southern origin. The compounds imparting aroma color secondary metabolites which plants mostly act as chemical means defense. Recently, production using plant cells subject expanding research. Light intensity, photoperiod temperature have reported influence biosynthesis many metabolites. Native wild aromatic medicinal species different families being studied meet needs raw material for industry e.g., health-promoting food products known nutraceutics. There already a large number produced plants, but recent advances modern extraction analysis should enable more yet unknown be found, utilised.
