Mice were fed for 7 days RR extract at daily doses 0.05, 0.1, 0.2 or 0.4 mg. determined by measuring their luminol-dependent chemiluminescent a scintillation counter, after zymosan stimulation. Results. diminished chemiluminescence enhanced all groups mice R.rosea extract. Aqueous ineffective applied. Conclusion revealed difference RRA RRW extracts. Immune characteristics some individual compounds extracts, selected HPLC analysis, should be carried out subsequent experiments.
