摘要: Abstract We are proposing for the first time use of a Nafion/multi-walled carbon nanotubes dispersion deposited on glassy electrodes (GCE) as new platform developing enzymatic biosensors based self-assembling chitosan derivative and different oxidases. The obtained by deposition layer Nafion/multi-wall electrodes, followed adsorption polycation glucose oxidase, l -aminoacid oxidase or polyphenol polyanions biorecognition elements. optimum configuration has allowed highly sensitive (sensitivity = (0.28 ± 0.02) μA mM −1 , r  = 0.997), fast (4 s in reaching maximum response), selective (0% interference ascorbic acid uric at physiological levels) quantification 0.700 V with detection limits 0.035 0.107 mM, respectively. repetitivity 10 measurements was 5.5%, while reproducibility 8.4% eight electrodes. potentiality clearly demonstrated using nanotubes/Nafion oxidase. Therefore, we here, that combines advantages nanostructured materials those layer-by-layer polyelectrolytes, opens doors to exciting possibilities development affinity transdution modes.
