摘要: According to agency theory owners need exert control over their companies in order secure that interests are protected. The results presented this paper contradicts and instead shows how too much can be contra productive. purpose of the is study governance process jointly owned municipal analyse divergent managed. To accomplish that, two case studied Sweden have been conducted. analysis cases various complicate not only process, but also situation for managing director.
