摘要: The relationship between general health measured using the Sickness Impact Profile (SIP), lung spirometry, arterial oxygen saturation during exercise, and six-minute walking distance was studied in 141 patients with chronic airflow limitation. In addition completed Hospital Anxiety Depression Questionnaire Medical Research Council (MRC) Bronchitis Questionnaire. Their mean age 63 years (range 31 to 75) their FEV1 47 ± 23 (SD)% of predicted normal. SIP scores were lower (i.e., had better health) than previously reported who greater physiological disturbance, but profile different category within similar previous findings. Walking correlated any Spirometrie measure or accounted for 41% variance (p < 0.001). score considerably higher wheezed every day compared those did not 0.00...
