摘要: A simple and rapid microwave assisted extraction (MAE) method is presented for the determination of atrazine four organophosphorus pesticides (parathion-methyl, chlorpyriphos, fenamiphos methidathion) in orange peel. The experimental variables that affect MAE method, such as temperature, sample quantity, time, nature volume organic solvents, were optimized. was optimized using an design. results suggest temperature quantity are statistically significant factors. It concluded five could be efficiently extracted from 1.5–2.5 g peel with 10 mL hexane/acetone (1 : 1) mixture at 90 °C 9 min power set 50% (475 W). After optimization these factors, recoveries ranged 93 to 101% a relative standard deviation ranging 1 3%. extracts analyzed by gas chromatography nitrogen-phosphorus detector (GC-NPD).
