摘要: Abstract A simple and efficient integrated microwave processing system (IMPS) was firstly assembled validated for the extraction of organophosphorus pesticides in fresh vegetables. Two processes under irradiation, dynamic microwave-assisted (DMAE) microwave-accelerated solvent elution (MASE), were simplifying pretreatment sample. Extraction, separation, enrichment finished a step. The extracted from vegetables into hexane with DMAE, then extract directly introduced column packed active carbon fiber (ACF). Subsequently, trapped on ACF eluted ethyl acetate irradiation. No further filtration or cleanup required before analysis eluate by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Some experimental parameters affecting efficiency investigated optimized, such as output power, kind volume solvent, time, amount sorbent, flow rate. Under optimized conditions, recoveries range 71.5–105.2%, relative standard deviations lower than 11.6%. experiment results prove that present method is effective sample preparation determination solid samples.
