摘要: Abstract Purpose To review scoring assessments in re-irradiation of high-grade glioma (HGG) patients and how to use for patient stratification. The next aim was investigate the different approaches employed by systems way they can be applied build homogeneous groups a reliable prognosis. Methods We searched Medline/Pubmed Web science databases relevant articles regarding scores recurrent HGG. All references were divided into following groups: novel score establishment (n = 5), validation (n = 6), not this evaluation (n = 26). Results identified five systems. Two are modifications an already existing score. Calculations differ immensely from easy point addition more complex formula with including three up 10 individual parameters. Six found scores; one validated four times. never validated. Conclusion For HGG, clinical situation remains demanding. Due heterogeneity data at re-irradiation, stratification is important. Several have been developed predict As digital biomarker, high value quick assessment therapy decision making. generation biomarkers, calculation, inclusion easily available parameters crucial.
