摘要: Colostrum samples were collected from 36 dairy farms in Gyeonggi-do and one farm the National Institute of Animal Science (NIAS) for testing. analyzed phisycochemicals (specific gravity, pH, titratable acidity), general components (fat, protein, lactose, total solid, solid non-fat (SNF)), fatty acids, amino minerals, microflora, somatic cells, Ig (Immunoglobulin). The first colostrum revealed following data: fat contents , proteins lactose SNF whereas 2nd (or ) fat, proteins, SNF. Also, major acids as 0.89% aspartic acid, 0.71% threonine, 0.86% serine, 1.75% glutamic 0.64% valine, 0.95% leucine, 0.83% lysine, proline, those 10th 0.25% 0.15% 0.19% 0.59% 0.35% 0.31% 0.34% proine. Major acid rapidly decreased milking times increased. In colostrum, mineral observed: there 2,168 ppm Ca, 1,959 P, 914 K, 761 Na, 287 Mg, 1.7 Fe, 14.3 Zn, 1.0 Cu; while 1,389 1,323 838 427 131 4.7 1.3 Cu. a
