摘要: Abstract The effects of temperature and colostrum components on specific gravity in bovine were investigated. Thirty-nine first milking samples collected from Holstein cows. assayed for α -tocopherol, fat, protein, total solids, IgG. concentrations IgG, fat 26.6, 12.5, 3.7, 9.4 g/100g, respectively. A range 1.8 to 24.7μg/ml α-tocopherol was measured the samples. Specific using a hydrometer increments 5°C 0 40°C. explained 76% variation colostral IgG at 20°C. regression model improved only slightly with addition solids. 20°C (milligrams per milliliter) = 958 × (specific gravity) - 969. Measurement variable temperatures necessitated inclusion estimation Inclusion other into fit. as follows: 853 x + .4 (Celsius degrees) 866.
