摘要: Abstract This report is a retrospective analysis of 317 patients with recurrent prostate carcinoma, following definitive radiation therapy to 738 histologically confirmed, clinical Stage T 1b −T 4 (A 2 −D 1 ) adenocarcinoma the prostate. Seventy-four (10%) experienced pelvic recurrence only; 100 (13%) both and distant metastasis, while 143 (20%) developed metastasis only. The diagnosis was confirmed in 92174 (53%), others based on radiographic evidence. Ninety percent all recurrences occurred within 7 years initial treatment. median survival from time for 27 months, 5-,8-, 10-year rates 24%, 12%, 7%, respectively. In who only, 5-, 8-, were 50%, 30%, 22%, respectively ( p (B) disease 71% as opposed 39% 3 (C) disease. (i.e., disease-free interval treatment) significantly affected subsequent survival: 5-year 20%, 49%, 94% those recurred years, 5 more than Two-thirds received hormonal therapy, including bilateral orchiectomy. Salvage hormones, orchiectomy, has favorable impact patient rate salvaged hormones 70% compared 21% not receiving therapy. conclusion, prognostic factors that affect after include stage, treatment, salvage hormones. Patients or without showed statistically worse apparently influenced by tumor
