摘要: Lead zirconate titanate (PZT)-based nanocomposites embedded with ZnO nanowhiskers (ZnO w ) were fabricated by solid state processing. There no unwanted reaction phases between the PZT and . Compared monolithic PZT, mechanical properties increased significantly piezoelectric decreased slightly. Several probable mechanisms of whiskers responsible for reinforcement PZT/ZnO are proposed.
