摘要: Background IFN-γ is a multifunctional peptide with potent immune defense function which also known as prototypic Th1 cytokine. While screening for genes differentially expressed by and Th2 cytokines, human thioredoxin was identified novel target gene induced IFN-γ. The mechanism IFN-γ the signaling pathways involved in its induction were analyzed. In addition, effects of on cell survival cytokine production examined over-expression recombinant treatment.
