Although Study 1 illustrated associations variables that generally supported hypotheses, 2 revealed acting awareness only facet significantly predicted lower levels psychological over time, namely, anhedonia. model also explored bidirectional time. For example, negative affect found non-judging non-reacting one month later. Taken together these findings highlight utility teaching aspects therapies aimed at treating anxiety.
