摘要: Relationships were investigated between home practice of mindfulness meditation exercises and levels mindfulness, medical psychological symptoms, perceived stress, well-being in a sample 174 adults clinical Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. This is an 8- session group program for individuals dealing with stress-related problems, illness, anxiety, chronic pain. Participants completed measures at pre- post-MBSR, monitored their time throughout the intervention. Results showed increases well-being, decreases stress from to post-MBSR. Time spent engaging formal (body scan, yoga, sitting meditation) was significantly related extent improvement most facets several symptoms well-being. Increases found mediate relationships improvements functioning, suggesting that leads which turn symptom reduction improved
