Bellini Duct Carcinoma: A Rare Entity.

摘要: Bellini duct carcinoma of kidney derives from collecting and is associated with an aggressive course extremely poor prognosis. Here, we report interesting case Collecting Duct Carcinoma (CDC) Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) thrombus large retroperitoneal lymph nodes diffuse desmoplastic reaction. The patient underwent left open radical nephrectomy IVC thrombectomy regional lymphadenectomy. Based on morphological immunohistochemical analysis, diagnosis (Bellini duct) was made. Presently, adjuvant chemotherapy gemcitabine cisplatin under follow-up.
