摘要: Purpose Our goal was to evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI in plica syndrome. Method MR images a patient group (n = 55) with arthroscopically confirmed pathologic mediopatellar plicae were retrospectively analyzed and compared those control 100). We obtained axial multiplanar gradient-recalled (MPGR), T1-weighted, sagittal T2-weighted images. assessed for width length all medial plicae. Results In diagnosis syndrome, sensitivity specificity 73 78% on MPGR images, 71 83% 95 72% combination both respectively.
