摘要: Febrile seizures are the most common seizure type in children (6 mo to 5 yr). The pathophysiology of febrile is unknown. Current genetic studies show that some result from channelopathies. We have performed electrophysiological experiments vitro hippocampal slices test a novel hypothesis disordered regulation ionic homeostasis underlies genesis seizures. In transverse CA1 104 rats, temperature increase 34° 40°C produced series spreading depressions (SDs), called hyperthermic SDs.
