摘要: The cerebral cortex of anaesthetised 2- to 12-day-old rats was superfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid containing 100 mM acetate substituted for chloride condition the brain spreading depression (SD). After such superfusion, earliest SD-like events were found at day 9 and full blown SD 10, whereas in unconditioned first occurred between days 12 15. Acetate conditioning may be used unmask neuronal glial properties that are hidden early stages development.
