摘要: In this manuscript we investigated the influence of Au nanoparticles on electrical and electroluminescent (EL) performances in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) via doping as-synthesized nanorods (NRs) or nanocubes (NCs) into hole transport layer (HTL). Through accurately controlling distance between NRs emitting layer, altering guest emitter’s lifetime, replacing with NCs to satisfy a better spectrum overlap emission guest, got conclusion that HTL has no significant device’s EL performances, although observed an increase spontaneous rate fluorescent material by exciton-surface plasmon-coupling. Our results suggest further research mechanism surface plasmon-enhanced OLEDs is still process.
