摘要: The microwave absorption spectra of a stripe two-dimensional electrons in GaAs/AlGaAs heterostructure are investigated using the optical detection absorption. A previously unknown low-frequency microwave-absorption resonance corresponding to excitation weakly damped plasma wave electron system is observed. new mode anomalously narrow, its width being considerably smaller than inverse relaxation time electrons. measured dependences frequency this on density and magnetic field give evidence plasmon-polariton nature.
