Highly sensitive recognition of cancer cells by electrochemical biosensor based on the interface of gold nanoparticles/polylactide nanocomposites

摘要: Abstract The efficient diagnosis and therapy of cancers have been the hot topics in clinic biomedical areas. In this study, we developed a new strategy for fast high sensitive recognition drug-sensitive leukemia K562/B.W. cells drug-resistant K562/ADM by combining nanocomposites interface gold nanoparticles/polylactide nanofibers (Au/PLA) with electrochemical detection. Our observations demonstrate that Au/PLA modified electrode could provide much more hydrophilic rapid selective identification cancer cells. It is evident different types be readily distinguished on indium tin oxide (ITO) electrode, which promising application to adopted as significant way detect identify various advance clinical monitoring tumors aim successful chemotherapy human cancers.
