摘要: Disposable analytical devices for developing sensitive and label-free monitoring of cancerous cells would be attractive cancer research. Here, paper-based electroanalytical based on impedance spectrometry were applied the study K562 toxic effect anticancer drugs. The proposed device integrating gold nanorods modified ITO electrodes could provide a biocompatible surface immobilization living maintaining their bioactivity. results exhibited good correlation to logarithmic value cell numbers ranging from 7.5 × 102 3.9 106 mL−1 with detection limit 500 mL−1. Furthermore, this strategy was used evaluate cytotoxic effects arsenic trioxide cyclophosphamide. Results obtained by impedimetric method correlate well conventional viability assay. Cells exposed drugs prominent reduction data, showing an inverse dose-dependent relationship. This simple, cost-effective portable electrochemical new platform applications in behavior, pharmacological studies toxicological analyses.
