摘要: SummaryA study was carried out to assess the efficacy of fluspirilene, a long-acting psychotropic agent, in treatment 29 non-hospitalized schizophrenic patients. Patients received an initial weekly injection 6 mg 10 mgfluspirilene, depending on severity illness, and this increased by 2 as necessary achieve control without side-effects. The mean dose after stabilization 9.2±3.4 (range 20 mg). Global assessment patients' response showed significant improvement symptoms within 4 weeks 20 patients, 24 end 12-week trial period. Four patients were unable be controlled community admitted hospital. Side-effects minimal led withdrawal only 1 patient. It is suggested that fluspirilene useful drug schizophrenics having admit them hospital initially.
