摘要: A new type of inorganic biosensor is introduced. The sensor comprises glucose oxidase enzymes encapsulated in a sol-gel-derived Prussian blue-silicate hybrid network. Glucose detected by the biocatalytic reduction oxygen followed catalytic hydrogen peroxide Prusian blue catalyst. sol-gel silicate entails rigid encapsulating matrix, provides chemical catalysis and charge mediation from site to supporting electrode, enzyme responsible for biocatalysis. feasibility dual optical/electrochemical mode analysis also demonstrated.
