摘要: The ER is one of the largest membrane organelle in eukaryotic cells. It plays a vital role variety cellular processes including Ca 2+ storage and release, lipid protein synthesis, folding post-translational modifications, organelle-organelle communication signaling. has sophisticated Quality Control (QC) system to eliminate improperly folded proteins from secrete pathway. For this contains many luminal integral proteins; several chaperones enzymes, that are associated with correct assembly newly synthesized proteins. Calnexin (Cnx) Calreticulin (Crt) two special type chaperone system. type-I, which coordinates processing N-linked glycoproteins. Cnx interacts nascent membranes soluble secretory deficient organisms develop severe complications because improper Crt unique binding implicated play functions, lectin-like chaperoning, signaling, regulation gene expression, cell adhesion, wound healing, cancer autoimmunity. In research paper, we have focused for played by both under stress conditions plant. Further, observations were obtained these their involvement providing tolerance against different abiotic biotic stresses.
