摘要: article The majority of multiple myeloma patients relapse with the current treatment strategies, raising need for alternative therapeutic approaches. Cellular immunotherapy is a rapidly evolving field and currently being translated into clinical trials encouraging results in several cancer types, including myeloma. Murine models are critical importance development refinement cellular immunotherapy.Inthisreview,we summarizetheimmunecellchangesthatoccurinmultiplemyelomapatients we discuss cell-based immunotherapies that have been tested myeloma, focus on murine models.
