摘要: Smooth muscle contraction is due to the interaction ofmyosin filaments with thin filaments. Thin are composed of actin, tropomyosin, caldesmon and calmodulin in ratios 14:2:1:1. Tissue specific isoforms act beta tropomyosin expressed smooth muscle. Compared skeletal cooperative activation actomyosin enhanced by tropomyosin: unit size 10 equilibrium between on off states shifted towards state. The muscle-specific actin-bindingprotein caldesmon, together regulates activity filament response Ca2+. Caldesmon control tropomyosin-mediated transition offactivity states.
