摘要: The actin binding protein caldesmon inhibits the actin-activation of myosin ATPase activity. steps in cycle ATP hydrolysis that could inhibit include: (1) to actin, (2) transition between any two actin-myosin states and (3) distribution inactive active actin. analysis these possibilities is complicated because binds both each molecule several monomers. This paper reviews procedures for analysing interactions summarizes current information on stability dynamics interaction with myosin. Possible effects transitions within actomyosin are also discussed.
