摘要: To report spiral CT imaging features of the vascular alterations observed in active, early, or recurrent Crohn disease small bowel and colon. Spiral examinations abdomen pelvis following oral intravenous contrast were performed two cases active disease. hypervascularity involving mesenteric vessels affected segments include dilatation, tortuosity, conspicuous prominence wide spacing vasa recta (the “comb” sign). This is attributed to factors increased flow fibrofatty proliferation mesentery serosa bowel. Clinical application these observations may enhance diagnosis presenting initially as an acute recurrence differential from other conditions.
