摘要: Background Potential regulators of adipogenesis include microRNAs (miRNAs), small non-coding RNAs that have been recently shown related to adiposity and differentially expressed in fat depots. However, date no study is available, our knowledge, regarding miRNAs expression profile during human adipogenesis. Thereby, the aim this was investigate whether miRNA pattern cells subcutaneous adipose tissue associated obesity co-morbidities adipocytes linked adipogenesis. Methodology/Principal Findings We performed a global microarray 723 76 viral mature differentiation samples from non-obese (n = 6) obese with 9) without 13) Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM-2) women. Changes adipogenesis-related were then validated by RT-PCR. Fifty 799 (6.2%) significantly differed between lean subjects. Seventy (8.8%) highly up or down-regulated as compared pre-adipocytes. Otherwise, 17 these (2.1%) correlated anthropometrical (BMI) and/or metabolic (fasting glucose triglycerides) parameters. We identified 11 (1.4%) deregulated subjects DM-2. Interestingly, most changes also adipocyte differentiation. Conclusions/Significance The remarkable inverse revealed for pre-adipocytes hints at closely crosstalk Such candidates may represent biomarkers therapeutic targets obesity-related complications.
