摘要: The number and distribution of mast cells in non-lesional lesional skin samples from 13 psoriatic patients were analyzed enzyme- immunohistochemically. Mast cell tryptase was stained with the sensitive substrate Z-Gly-Pro-Arg-4-methoxy-2-naphthylamide, chymase Suc-Val-Pro-Phe-MNA monoclonal B7 anti-chymase antibody. In addition, healthy-looking 27 tape-stripped resulting induction Kobner response 9 patients. Sequential biopsies taken before after (7, 14 21 days) tape-stripping, both enzyme-histochemically. skin, 70 +/- 24% (mean SD) contained enzyme activity, 78 18% immunoreactivity. About 10% chymase-immunoreactive lacked activity. tryptase-positive increased throughout dermis but especially beneath epidermis. Chymase immunoreactivity paralleled whereas activity strongly diminished terms numbers staining intensity papillary dermis. apparent inactivation may be due to action inhibitors, alpha 1-antitrypsin 1-antichymotrypsin, localized immunohistochemically skin. developing lesion, displaying already 27-38% decreased upper on day 7 along first clinical signs psoriasis.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
