摘要: Our understanding of the mechanisms underlying development pancreatic cancer has been greatly advanced. However, molecular events involved in initiation and remain inscrutable. None present medical technologies have proven to be effective significantly improving early detection or reducing mortality/morbidity this disease. Thus, a better basis is required for identification more diagnostic markers therapeutic targets. Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), generally including microRNAs long non-coding RNAs, recently found deregulated many human cancers, which provides new opportunities identifying both functional drivers specific biomarkers cancer. In article, we review existing literature field documenting significance aberrantly expressed ncRNAs cancer, discuss how oncogenic may genetic epigenetic networks regulating pathways that are malignancy, particularly ncRNAs' role drug resistance epithelial-mesenchymal transition biological phenotype, with aim analyzing feasibility clinical application diagnosis treatment
