摘要: Common themes are emerging in the molecular mechanisms of long non-coding RNA-mediated gene repression. Long RNAs (lncRNAs) participate targeted silencing through chromatin remodelling, nuclear reorganisation, formation a domain and precise control over entry genes into silent compartments. The similarities suggest that these fundamental processes transcription regulation governed by lncRNAs. These findings have paved way for analogous investigations on other lncRNAs remodelling enzymes. Here we discuss common provide our view molecules warrant similar investigations. We also present concepts possible may facilitate exit from domains their potential therapeutic applications. Finally, point to future areas research put forward recommendations improvements resources applications existing technologies towards outcomes this active area research.
