摘要: Background. The skill for read arrhythmias is essential in cardiopulmonary resuscitation providers. But the development of these hard, and better educational strategies improves this process are not identified. Objective. To evaluate compare effectiveness two methods teaching cardiac arrhytmias to medical school students. Material methods. In study, 99 students was included randomly allocated groups: four steps method group (n=51) ten (n=48). each assigned given a conference 60 minutes duration. Following, specific test made evaluation «facility», use knowledge Furthermore evaluated with general test. Results. Basal characteristics no different between groups before random allocation. group, because proportion more than 30 points over 50 greater (82% vs 19%; RR 4.39, IC 95% 2.40-8.02; NNT 2), median scores (34 ± 8 23 8; p value<0.01), adequate order remembered (kappa 0.89 0.56; value<0.01) an easier learn. Conclusions. when compared raise students, furthermore, learn remember.
