摘要: Evidence from histoautoradiography and biochemical analysis shows that 3 H-protochlorophyll synthesized H- δ -aminolevulinic acid is localized in the prolamellar body of etioplast. During greening process, radioactivity appears indifferently on newly built lamellae or grana. The structural changes observed when etiolated plastids are transformed into chloroplasts imply translocation not only pigments, but also their associated proteins.
