摘要: CaO-P2O5-SiO2-B2O3-ZnO bioactive glasses were prepared via an optimized sol-gel method. The current investigation was focused on producing novel zinc based calcium phosphoborosilicate and to evaluate their mechanical, rheological, biocompatible properties. morphology composition of these studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM). particle size, mechanical flexural strength also determined. Furthermore, the zeta potential all determined estimate flocculation tendency. thermal analysis weight loss measurements carried out differential calorimetry (DSC) thermogravimetric (TGA) respectively. For assessing in-vitro character synthesized glasses, ability for apatite formation surface upon immersion in simulated body fluid (SBF) checked SEM pH measurements. MTS assay cytotoxicity live-dead cell viability test conducted J774A.1 cells murine macrophage different glass concentrations.
